I really liked the decoration of the hotel, with its cozy and elegant style. The common areas were beautifully furnished, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility, with ramps and elevators that made it convenient for me to move around with ease. The staff were always helpful and respectful, making me feel comfortable during my stay.

I would have preferred if the staff were a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Sometimes, they seemed busy and rushed, which made it harder for us to ask for assistance or information.

The room was enormous, with a large en-suite bathroom and dressing area. The beds were super soft and extremely comfortable, with warm yet not heavy duvets. The breakfast was mind-blowing, with plenty of choices including cereals, croissants, fresh fruit salad, various rolls. There were also tea, coffee, several fruit juices, and even chilled sparkling wine! All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The U-bahn station was less than a 5-minute walk away, with frequent, fast, and clean service to the city center. The hotel also offered free wi-fi, a car park, a bar/lounge area, an exercise gym, a flat-screen TV.
